Ventilation and drain system. There are drain holes on the bottom to make sure it is dry inside the box.
Groove lader inside. There are several grooves on the internal wall. The baby ducks could climb easily with the lader when they are ready for going out.

Safe gurad. There is a small board on the downside of entrance hole which protect resident from predator, also service as taking off platform for baby ducks, to avoid pushed falling down accidently by crowded brothers.
