It is designed to be installed outdoors in an open area where the generator is being used and perfect for backup power during a power outage.
There will be on a green light on the flip lid when plugging into the generator cord and powering on the generator. By the green light, we can know it is working, which provides optimum performance and added safety. It is updated and safer than other style 80601-GYBX, PB30 etc.
The inlet box is made of 0.07inch thick steel with rugged, anti-corrosive powder-coat paint and has a flip lid with green light to prevent moisture front entering the connector inlet when not in use.
